I took my aging Dell Latitude 7480 to browwwsers for a much-needed storage and RAM upgrade. After shopping around, I found they offered the most competitive prices locally. The service, however, was the real standout. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even staying past closing time to allow me to visit. They arranged secured parking for me, performed the upgrades on the spot, and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the laptop, checking the CMOS battery, and reapplying CPU thermal paste, all at no additional cost. They tested the machine in front of me to ensure the new hardware was recognised, and I was on my way in no time. Excellent value and technical expertise. Highly recommended.
